Refund & Exchange Policy

At Harmilap Boutique, we strive to bring you the trendiest styles and great quality at an affordable price. Our pieces are all made to order, so we don't accept returns. We offer only size exchange. 



1. You are requested to inform us about size exchange within 5 days of delivery.

2. Please send us an email at care.harmilapboutique@gmail.com. If the number of days exceeds the prescribed number of days, then the item will not be accepted for exchange.

3. We will revert with an email confirming the exchange and a return order number.

4. Pick-up will be scheduled within 5 working days after processing your request. 

5.The products should be unused with all the original tags intact. Harmilap Boutique holds all the rights not to accept the products in case they are used or damaged.

6. We accept the exchange once they pass the quality check. 


In case the product is DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement for you. We will not entertain any exchange requests after the 48 hours window.

If you purchase an item that has SOLD-OUT, you will be notified by email either a refund or a suitable replacement as soon as possible.
